Description: According to Godden (1991:495), Pinder, Bourne operated their Nile St works from 1862 to 1878 at which time they were purchased by Doulton & Co although the Pinder, Bourne title was retained till 1882.Source: Clough and Prince - 2001 report on Quay st and Britomart Place
