Description: Technique: Transfer-printArchaeological Notes: Dulcamara is not recorded in Coysh and Henrywood (1984, 1989). The pattern consists primarily of a border design that has been described as consisting of ?stylised leaves? (Brassey and Macready 1994: 41, 53 Fig. 22, C7). The example of this pattern recovered from the Victoria Hotel carries both the pattern title and the manufacturing mark of Pinder Bourne & Co. It has been suggested that the Brown?s Mill example was also manufactured by Pinder Bourne & Co (Brassey and Macready 1994: 41, 61 Fig. 30c).
